Day 1
NJP Railway station/Bagdogra airport - Yakten village (130 kms / 4 hrs)
On arrival NJP railway station/ Bagdogra airport transfer to Yakten village ( 130 kms / 4 hrs. ), situated in east Sikkim is Overlooked by Himalayan Ranges, Yakten is a beautiful Hamlet. One can enjoy the pure virgin nature and experience the pristine authenticates traditional hospitality. On arrival yakten meet and greet by local villagers and checkin to your homestay . Evening is leisure to enjoy the complete tranquility of this serene village Yakten
Day 2
Yaakten village excursion (34km 2hrs)
Morning enjoy the sunrise and view of Mighty Kanchenjunga after proceed for nature walk through unforgettable jungle trail and enjoy birds and butterfly watching (many rare species of Himalayan birds ) .. Yakten is a paradise for birds and butterfly watchers, also rare species Himalayan orchid and flowers can be experienced from Yakten village gardens. Evening enjoy a warm fire camp and overnight stay at Yakten village Homestay .
Day 4
Explore the unexplored trail of Yakten
Early morning start a 3km nature walk through beautiful forest trail to the Jhandi dara view point and experience a panoramic sunrise from the view point. Post lunch visit nearby villages and Kartok monastery. Yakten is village where one can enjoy the pristine Himalayan nature by sitting on the lap of nature . Evening enjoy the fire camp with local folk song and dance program .Overnight at yakten village cottage.
Day 4
Transfer to NJP Railway station / Bagdogra Airport
Transfer to Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (138 kms. / 5 hrs.) For an onward journey with sweet memories of Eastern Himalaya.
